A conversation and a workspace, not a canvas
The desk used to be shown as cards on an infinite canvas. It is now shown as what an analyst actually reads: Kam on the left, the work on the right, and nothing that moves under your eyes.
A canvas gives a weak guarantee: everything is somewhere, reframe to find it. The price is real — an output can sit off screen, under another card, or at a zoom level where nobody reads it. The Mission Workspace trades that guarantee for a stronger one: nothing has a position of its own, so nothing gets lost 1.
#What the home page now shows
- On the left, the conversation with Kam: the request, the roles it designates, their activity with each sub-agent under its parent, and the report it hands back.
- On the right, the workspace with its four views in the order the application uses — Work, Deliverables, Sources, Activity — and a panel that scrolls rather than pans.
- Under the deliverables, the workbook, the deck and the memo, with the counts an independent reader measured when it reopened them.
#What it is, exactly
LimitThe demonstration is an interactive product reconstruction. Its choreography is written by this page; the request, the roles, the sources and the file counts are resolved from the Casefile and from the 0.0.31 proof bank, and every line says which. It is not a recording of a native session.

Still missingIn 0.0.32 the canvas is still the default view of the application, and the workspace opens with ⌥⌘Y 2. The page presents the workspace because it is where the product is going and where every new surface lands; it will stop saying this the day the default changes in a sealed release.
